      Pros

      - Atmosphere at the workplace was nice

      Cons

      - They hire people without having any projects for them, you will be there doing 'nothing' for a very long time - Management has no respect for the employees in the Porto department. They moved the company location twice within 6 months, without prior warning when getting hired that the company would move. - The 'temporary office' (> 1 month) in Gaia was a joke - Fake promises are being made. When the company moved, they said they would pay the metro, to this day I'm still waiting for that payment - Organisation is a mess, there was 1 microwave for 50+ people - Waiting time to get a second screen for your laptop is huge (3 months+), prepare for back/neck problems

      Pros

      - Pay within the average - Good communication with your team leader - HR team always reaching employees to join for a beer to create good ambience with workers in clients - Space to evolve your skills if you are a Junior or luky to be allocated to a good project

      Cons

      - Bad machine with no ssd - Secondary monitor request takes too much time to answer - As a consultant, there is a possibility to work in a bad client - Certificates only after a year

      Pros

      Based on my experience working remotely: This company truly treats it's people ike they are business partners, not just employees. I am not in management, or in a senior position, but I am treated as if my role is just as important. - Pay is good - Great and low cost health benefits - Decent vacation and PTO - Treated like an adult with responsibility; there is no micromanagement. - Diverse and highly qualified work force, with endless opportunities to grow professionally and in knowledge -

      Cons

      With this company being so big, and international, it sometimes takes time to get the information or answers you need. In the beginning, things seem unclear, but be patient.
