      Great preparation place to launch your career

      Pros

      - Possibility to gain very interesting and diversified experiences. - Good offered opportunities even tough you are a Junior Consultant. - Reasonable work/life ratio. - Possibility to stay with a fixed customer or to be a flexible consultant.

      Cons

      - Sometimes, I felt to be more an employee of the customer rather part of Altran. - Salary policies could be improved in order to burst more productivity for the senior employees.

      Pros

      The costumer where I am allocate have a great office environment and allows work from home

      Cons

      Too much paperwork to report hours and salary supplements, I almost take 2 days per month to report all the hours I work, and spend to much time check if the paycheck have the right vaules I have the feeling don't belong to the company
