      Lay offs, lay offs and more lay offs! First it seemed like a growing company then every other week my co-workers were losing their jobs.

      Good vacation/sick benefits and the work environment is business casual.

      There is a great deal of immaturity and disconnect among members of the senior management team and the salary ranges are completely arbitrary.

      Lack of culture Disconnect between Altran and client If you aren’t in Burlington, you feel disconnected from Altran. If you are in Burlington, you won’t be for long because you’ll have to travel frequently (especially for more senior positions).
