I find working at Capgemini to have more positives than negatives. They have a large client base which is exciting to get access to those opportunities through the company. Clients treat you good and I also enjoyed working with people from all over the world. Like any job it's up to you on what you make of it. There are significant opportunities for learning and growth and it's continuously encouraged for employees to engage with learning and development. I find my salary to be average and could be slightly higher but again you are encouraged to perform well on the project and this will be recorded and noticed. My manager was really great and I'm excited to continue my career here. I love the constant change and challenge that comes along with consulting and although at times it can be very fast paced you will learn alot in a short period of time.
