Pros

Very few pros to this job

Cons

Company culture in case management is poor. Excessive turnover over. Pay is well below market. People leave and are not replaced. In less than 2 years, most of the team has completely turned over. Team has lost all but 3 RN CM in less than 2 years, and 2/3 of their social workers.

Pros

Excellent benefits package—health, dental, vision, retirement, and generous PTO. Leadership is generally flexible about schedules and remote work.

Cons

Salary is decent but not exceptional. Promotion opportunities can be limited in smaller departments, and sometimes it feels like you need to wait for someone to leave before moving up. Raises are modest year over year.
