Pros

They value contractors (temps), it's very common to get hired on FT if you put in the work and effort. Flexible schedule, very understanding in that regard. People are generally welcoming and nice; most are 50+ years old. Would like to see more diversity among employees.

Cons

Parking, cafeteria food is absolutely disgusting - never hot, always cold.
