      Pros

      Incredible people who will truly care about the communities and members they serve. Going the "extra mile" isn't just a slogan, it's a culture at Capital Blue Cross.

      Cons

      Mid-size organization are great because you get to wear so many hats. The only challenge is that traditional career growth in smaller departments can be limited.

      Great work environment, flexible, supportive, interesting work. Capital makes a big effort to do things the right way for the benefit of the member (more than other, larger health insurers)
