Pros
Nice people, direct (as in, first or second level) management does seem to care about their team as individuals, knows how to balance DEI and merit. Cares about community.
Cons
I watched them let people go this past year for things that really didn't matter, especially when compared to some of the things they let people get away with on a regular basis. That, along with some of their other actions (like a push for using AI) tells me that they don't really value "long term" over the "short term". I've seen other companies be run into the ground before when they start making decisions like this.
