The firm's strive for mediocrity allows people to gain extremely long tenures without having to actually perform. No real caps on spending mean expenses aren't an area of focus - - for those above a certain level.

Cons

The firm's arrogance cannot be overstated. If you want to get the best out of yourself, avoid CG like the plague!

Good benefits, low pay, stiff work environment

Pros

The company prides itself on benefits to employees including retirement savings and other on site benefits, maternity leave... Training program was excellent.

Cons

Similar experience/jobs at other companies paid well more than them. The work environment was extremely stiff and difficult to work in. If I left my desk(bathroom, fax machine) I felt as if I was being watched every time. After finishing training about 20 minutes early on one occasion, we were taken tot the HR waiting room to wait. 20 minutes later someone arrived and said that we "could leave" once it was 5pm. The environment was so bad 3 of 8 new hires elected to leave during training. Once training was complete and after working a short time one rep put in a 2 week notice because they had another offer. They were asked to leave on the spot that day.

Great culture, great people but slow progression

Pros

I enjoyed the flat culture as well as working with intelligent and friendly associates from all over the world.

Cons

Career progression was slow. My manager was more focused on executing his road map for the team rather than developing the strengths of his associates.
