Pros

Used to be a safe reliable stable place to work.

Cons

No communication and trust from senior management on down. Also a level of incompetence at all levels of mangement. No accountability in decisions since all decisions are made by committee.

Pros

CG is a unique place to work. The people are smart and they work hard. Training and development are strong.

Cons

Unbalanced approach to feedback. Overly critical in the way they evaluate performance. Easy to begin to doubt your ability and skills because of the constant negative feedback. To some degree you need to fit in a very small box to work at CG...not very open to different approaches...a little stepford
