Pros

It's a privately owned firm with a good reputation that tries to invest in technology and resources for its employees.

Cons

The company is so large it has lost all ability to be dynamic, which is crucial in the changing environment of the industry. Decisions take eons to make as they go through several committees and levels of management. They have so many unnecessary levels of management throughout the company as a result of promoting for the sake of promoting - they will make someone a manager of a department that the person has never worked in nor has any knowledge of. The place is run like a government agency, and I mean that in the worst way possible.

Pros

Great benefits package Nice campus Very stable This is the place to be if you never want to have to think again. Camp out, get your crappy raise every year, don't argue with management and collect your bonus and MRP.

Cons

Focus on outsourcing and integrating 3rd party products in IT. Very boring work Very restrictive 'standards' implemented across IT limits the amount of creativity and control you will have to deliver solutions to your users.
