      pays well, decent benefits, nice campus

      Cons

      no socializing, no talking, no laughing, no enjoyment. If you are the stereotype accountant - you will love this place. If you have an inkling of a personality - run!

      Pros

      - Good salary - Company has a giving culture, really cares about the community - upper mgmt was accessible, but one has to be aggressive to access them. - Very nice retirement plan

      Cons

      - Lacking a meritocratic culture (outside the investment group) - Far too many middle managers to be efficient - Too much bureaucracy - Not enough work place flexibility; my job could have been done from anywhere in the world with hi-speed internet, but I still had to sit in a cubicle 10 hrs a day - Not much in the way of internal development for associates
