      Big company with small company mind set, great stepping stone for freshers to start career.

      Cons

      Bad managers coupled with new breed of mangers brought in by new CIO is ruining the company culture.

      Pros

      Good pay and retirement benefit. Willing to provide employee training when required by work. People are in general friendly. Many long time employees which is big plus for this industry.

      Cons

      Promotion doesn't come along with good performance. Some manager value relationship more than hard work. No clear career path for people in technical fields. If you do want to be in management position, you stay at bottom forever.

      Pros

      Employee loyalty is phenomenal. The opportunities to question senior management are certainly there. Work environment is friendly and encourages creativity. Feeling a part of a creative process.

      Cons

      Affecting change can be difficult. Performance reviews are not very transparent. Clarity of work process is not sufficient. Future direction lacks clarity.
