Pros
The benefits are awesome! Also, the work environment is very egalitarian & collaborative - you can schedule a meeting (for good reason) with anybody in the organization. There are always areas that need improving and job descriptions are not set in stone - you can almost pick your projects.
Cons
Decisions are hard to come by - the lack of organizational structure (a plus in many ways) makes the decision-making process lengthy & cumbersome. Also, there's often a lack of accountability. When a project fails it kind of whimpers off into obscurity and nobody really has to answer for it. There are some major changes taking place - the company culture is changing. Not sure if that is a negative or a postive thing. CG has grown so fast over the last 10 years that there are bound to be some growing pains...
