      Pros

      They have a good work schedule with many options. The benefits, including vacation time is very good and competitive.

      Cons

      It is very hard to move up and get noticed for the work that you do. There are a lot of clics within the company that are hard to get around. Most of the work goes unnoticed and unappreciated unless there is a mistake. You sit at a computer all day pushing papers with no satisfaction of anything ever being complete. They treat you as a dime a dozen that you are.

      Pros

      We are protective of the way we do business. For more than 75 years, we have remained single-minded in our desire to do right by our investors without compromising our desire to do right by our associates. We invest in our associates using the same thoughtful, deliberate approach we use to invest in companies.
