      I've worked for several companies large and small, and this by far is the BEST. I will be here for a LONG TIME.

      Pros

      All employees feel like they are part of the decision making process, even if that means decisions take a bit longer to make. The culture is unlike anything I've ever seen, and I've been at many small and large companies. Amazing.

      Cons

      Not on the bleeding edge of technology, as conservative decisions are made to stay with well-seasoned technologies.

      Pros

      There are so many! It’s a chance to work with and learn from some of the smartest people around. There are lots of opportunities to not only advance your career but even to change your career in the same company. Everybody there is very nice - at first its a little unnerving but then you realize that everybody just respects everybody else. The niceness spreads quickly. Management understands that you have a life and sometimes life happens - and you need to take care of it with priority. The benefits are wonderful - anything from buying movie tickets at a discount, getting free concert tickets, getting 25% discount at the Cafe, Company contribution to retirement plans, free ice cream occasionally, being able to telecommute on some days, receiving a commuting allowance, reimbursement of health related activities (up to 400.00)....etc.,etc., its these little things that keep morale high and make you feel blessed to be there.

      Cons

      All I can say is that its far from home and the commute can be a killer! Thank goodness for the telecommute!

      Pros

      Great benefits and work life balance. Also, company culture is easy to buy into and keeps people friendly. There is an emphasis on retaining good employees that is so refreshing. This is a very stable company and a perfect match for someone looking to stay the next 20 years until retirement.

      Cons

      Very consensus oriented which can slow down progress or create seemingly useless bureaucracy. Long average tenure makes it difficult for rapid advancement.
