Capital Group seems to thoroughly vet candidates in the interview process resulting in an extremely tenured workforce. Seems to me like if you make it through you most likely aren’t leaving. Everyone at CG is kind and helpful, it’s very different from the other financial institutions I’ve worked for. The sales desks is structured in a way that encourages teamwork which makes it so that new employees are built up by there colleagues. San Antonio is also a pretty fun city way better than what I expected

Regular flights to Paris or Tokyo for client dinners are arranged by our personal assistants. Additionally, the company provides apartments in various cities for personal use. The apartment in Manhattan, NYC, is beautiful, though the one in L.A. offers more convenient city access. Very demanding hours and sometimes we have to stay in a different city. The good news, the company stays exclusively at 5-star hotels. It's crucial to negotiate salary and benefits when you receive the offer letter. They won't offer some perks upfront.
