Pros
All the people I work with are professional and down to earth. Everyone tries to be positive even when times are tough. Management is capable of making good decisions. I believe that most of the people who work at CHS are there because they like what they do. At the end of each day I feel that patients are well cared for. I also feel the physicians are part of the "team" and want to work with the nurses in caring for the patients.
Cons
Parking could be better. A uniform store and a McDonald's on campus would be nice. You lose unused sick time.
