      They had good benefits - 401k, PTO, Health insurance

      Cons

      They were understaffed and unorganized. Hours were not ideal. Had to work holidays.

      -small, personal, easy to get to,

      Cons

      understaffed, always max or over appropriate nurse to patient ratios, 1:3 in ICU. limited supplies, not system run, micromanaging of units by logistics (taking nurses away from appropriately staffed units to cover the ER/other units). taking new nurses off of orientation too early and not providing them with a proper orientation, low wages much lower than Princeton but also not system based, can't keep management or nurses or CNS. many transporters are rude.
