flexible schedule easy RN job pays better than in the hospital staff is nice

Cons

Management is god awful. There is so much favoritism here. If you are not sleeping with someone in the department, you will be treated differently than everyone else. They also do not care about their nurses. They make the nurses do the jobs of the transport EMTs because they cannot keep their staff. This is not something that we signed up for or have even been trained to do.
