      Easy an fast commute to and from work

      Cons

      Lack of staffing in the lab. It was endless understaffing and a constant expectation that employees did overtime. I worked nights and would get called constantly during the day to come in (the time I am sleeping). To the point where they made a rule that ignoring phone calls was no longer allowed. It was ridiculous..

      Pros

      None management is crap. Any ideas are looked as if you are against everyone else very unprofessional work environment.

      Cons

      Old school mentality. Equipement no being maintained. High turnover rate. Poor management. Good team but the management lacks skills moral, and overall fairness. Unprepared and they do not listen then end up in jams all of the time. Antiquated systems and the staff does not respect IT bc of it.

      Limited upward mobility, no standard operating procedure manuals, outdated infrastructure, inconsistent communication due to cliques and silos, poor implementation or roll-out of new software programs
