Pros

The healthcare system as a whole has a lot to offer and has many great services. Co-workers are either fantastic or unqualified and just filling an opening.

Cons

Management and HR is horrible and can be hostile. The pay is the lowest in the area (50-mile radius). They will hire anyone with a pulse even when they have been evaluated as dangerous practitioners just to fill job roles. They are not friendly to military service members and violate USERRA.
