      Good if you have no plans of moving up in your career if you are a minority.

      Cons

      Managers, VP, Directors have no diversity. No diversity at all in senior leadership. It’s a shame. It would be a good organization if it was equal opportunity for real. HR needs stronger leadership too. They let bad behavior continue.
