Pros

None. No positive things about this bank

Cons

You’re not allowed to get sick here, you get 1 point for calling out and after 7 points you get terminated. No work life balance, no weekends off, everything is about metrics, Micromanaging based on metrics and numbers. Agents are held accountable for things that are out of their control. It’s very hard to get PTO approved, calls are back to back, no room for growth. Agents leave all the time, that’s why there is high turnover.

Pros

-Hybrid work -People are generally awesome -Flexibility of when to come into the office/when to leave -Solid leadership -Culture is excellent -Great facilities -Company stability

Cons

-Performance management process (10% of people get cut every year) -Remote exceptions are few and far between -Traffic to Tysons Corner office is a nightmare to deal with (thankfully, they're okay with coming in whenever works best for you) -Case interviews cause otherwise talented people to get weeded out
