      Pros

      Looks good on a resume. So far, there has been opportunity for growth and advancement. Structured pay ranges level the playing field and add to the fairness factor. Work environment is conducive to collaboration and fellow staffers are very friendly. Time off allowances are good if exempt, standard for the hourly. Benefits are affordable with a variety of options.

      Cons

      Some talking heads, honesty and availability of information from management. Secret project code names can get in the way, and become distracting to getting the job done. Benifits could be better, some that are offered are never used. It would be nice to see the resources redirected a little to offer superior health coverage.

      Pros

      Good place to start career; The money is good thats if you work hard and dont cheat. Once your in just remember there is no down time you must always be busy on something; be prepared to go home fustrated some days.

      Its a changing bank so hang one
