      Pros

      Great people to work with, there is variety in work, able to set own schedule. Incentive compensation is there for all adjusters and is defined and clear.

      Cons

      None really to speak of. They clearly tell you what is expected of you to succeed and then they will hold you accountable to do your job.

      Pros

      This company give you great bonus opportunities. You have to work hard to receive them, but it is doable. They also do not micromanage

      Cons

      Company is not corporate but I would have enjoyed more training materials with "their way of doing" to keep as a resource

      Pros

      After being in claims for 18 years, I can honestly say this company has been a refreshing change! This is a small company that truly values its employees and is consistently looking for ways to do things better. The President and VP both are very involved in the day to day operations and care about the work product that is delivered to our clients. Pros: Excellent Team Culture Supportive Leadership Flexible Work Schedule Quarterly Performance Goals Quarterly Bonus Program Comprehensive Field/Inside Adjuster Training Program

      Cons

      As with any insurance company, often times the claim volume can significantly vary from season to season. This ebb and flow of volume can be a con for some people who struggle with time management.
