The only good thing about working here is that you make your own schedule.

Management is terrible, absolutely no communication, no training for entry level position.

Pros

You are able to work independently and have a flexible schedule. Working remote is sometimes challenging, but the managers are always available and responsive. Unfortunately, I had to relocate and therefor had to leave Capstone.

Cons

With the position being remote the hands-on training was only 1-2 weeks. Thankfully I was an experienced adjuster at the time and didn't need much additional training. They do indeed review all reports and have very high standards, but if you do the report correctly then normally they aren't kicked back all too often.
