      -manager cares about my development -training was excellent -salary + quarterly bonus

      Cons

      -standard dangers that come with roofs and crawlspaces -windshield time (pod casts and Ebooks are your friend)

      Pros

      Coworkers and management really cares about you as an employee and your progression in the company. You can make your own schedule. You are not tied to a desk. Great bonus program.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be challenging at times.
