Benefits are great. Overall as a company they have good values.

Cons

This department is chaotic. No ability to grow. Zero coaching. You have to be a favorite or be someone’s relative to ever be promoted. There is no culture in this department. Management portrays themselves as unapproachable and that they do not care about the people. I would not recommend to a friend for this department but for others at the company.
