      Pros

      Great opportunities to travel the world. They offer a lot of benefits and perks.

      Cons

      The perks don’t outweigh the lack of growth opportunities. There is a definite lack of diversity and inclusion which stems from nepotism and favoritism which leads to a toxic workplace. Workplace harassment and bullying has been witnessed and tolerated by senior leaders.

      Pros

      Handle $7.5 billion mutual fund and chair a 38-person board with complete competence. I manage the fund without any day-to-day supervision. Board satisfaction is very high.
