      Pros

      The pay is solid and the PTO and benefits package are strong.

      Cons

      The job is not easy and I believe that poor organization and lack of leadership make it even tougher. I can't say that I would refer a friend to work at Captive Resources.

      Pros

      Great people and management. The atmosphere is very welcoming to new employees—everyone is approachable and willing to answer any questions that will better help you understand your position and allow more room for growth and success. There is plenty of training that allows every new employee the opportunity to learn about every department so that they can gain a better understanding of how everyone fits together to achieve a common goal. They really value a good work-life balance & go above and beyond to make sure employees receive great benefits.

      Cons

      People travel a lot, so if you’re in the office on the days they’re not around it gets quiet.
