-Sales guys make a good amount of money -very independent

Cons

-Owners values are extremely right wing/libertarian -Sales jobs are called "sales engineers" but is more just processing paperwork and orders for the vast majority, no real engineering is performed -not much room to advance

good alleged salary and benefits.

Cons

cost me everything I had in life. job shadowed for 4 months, praised at official training. drove 1000 miles over the weekend for my transfer, and they fired me thursday morning without any explanation. No one, including the CEO, would even tell me anything. things can change uncomfortably quickly.

Feels like a family. Ability to create own schedule. Great pay and benefits. Success at the company is largely dependent on individual performance.

Cons

Not to many downsides to list. Work load can be very demanding. Hours can change drastically day to day.
