Pros

Compensation was fair and benefits were average.

Cons

Training was too short for expected results. Not enough feed back from supervisors as far as performance is concerned. Very poor communication between supervisors and techs. Will terminate with no warning and give no reason. Not even HR can tell you why your being dismissed. Overall a very disappointing experience and a very disappointing company.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you were disappointed with our company. We regularly coach our managers to provide ongoing feedback to team members, but there are occasional times when we discern that our company is not a good fit for individuals and we encourage them to find success in other places. We continuously develop improvements to our training program for best results. Many of our training/process improvements have come from direct feedback from our team members, so we appreciate your comments. Additionally we provide supplemental training when requested (usually in a specific area of need).

Pros

-Sales guys make a good amount of money -very independent

Cons

-Owners values are extremely right wing/libertarian -Sales jobs are called "sales engineers" but is more just processing paperwork and orders for the vast majority, no real engineering is performed -not much room to advance

Pros

Great company that really seems to care about it's employees. Multiple people in the company have talked about receiving un-asked for raises. Within a few weeks of starting with the company, the National Service Manager emailed me and asked how things were going so far. I thought this was pretty great considering he has about 75 other people to worry about directly under him. They definitely reward their employees good work with both gratitude and more money. At least in my department. Getting this job has been a unexpected dream come true.

Cons

Lots of responsibilities. Can be very stressful if you don't know how to manage yourself. Everyone is held accountable for their job. (not really a bad thing... unless your lazy.)
