      Good opportunity for growth and pay if you’re willing to sacrifice work life balance, morals, and thrive in a toxic environment.

      Cons

      No work life balance. High stress work environment. Company exploits multiple market channels/brands structured to compete against each other including direct sales that undercut loyal dealers and long term partners. The distrust between sales offices, employees, and brands is unfortunate and sad. Nothing is off limits to drive sales and profitability! Engineering and product quality is marginal. Resulting issues are at the expense of the sales people, service techs, contractors, manufacturing teams and unfortunately the customer. The engineering department is arrogant and lacks accountability. Leadership shows no loyalty or appreciation to their people, customers, or vendors. CA is a toxic, unhealthy work environment. It’s not worth it for any amount of money!

      The money is good to start but considering you probably left another job where you got your hours and were not dismissed "at-will" for no prior notice, it's not much of a selling point

      Cons

      No Training No Leadership No Support No Human Resources presence No Transparency Violation of Safety and Labor Laws Rely upon at-will terms without prior notice rather than address concerns of performance
