Pros
I have been with CKE for over 7 Years and have very much enjoyed my time here. I have been promoted to 4 different positions in that time and have gained experience through working for various departments. The Work / Life Balance is great, the freedom after work and on the weekends is a huge perk with this company. Being a part of a Nationwide Team is also really cool, working with team members from NY to TX to CA allows for really unique interactions from all across the country. It is certainly not your typical 9-5 Desk Job, there are challenges almost every single day and allows for Critical Thinking in different situations that allows for a faster paced work environment, which I like.
Cons
It can be hectic at times, we currently have 225 Vans in 47 Different States and Canada, so there are challenges that come with Managing the Job Functions Remotely. The Micro Chip Shortage has impacted us as well, nothing too extreme, but Dealership Lots arent as full and acquiring Keys / Remotes can be challenging at times, luckily, theres a solution to this that we hope is coming in 2023.
