Pros

Good work, good coworkers and good benefits. The job itself is enjoyable and the people you work with day to day are great.

Cons

Earned merit raises were recently put on hold with no explanation and no timeline for when or if they will happen. People were counting on that money and it was tied to performance, not a bonus. It is pretty simple. If you treat your employees well and pay them fairly they are going to work hard for you. If you don't, they won't be as motivated to go the extra mile. You can't expect people to push themselves to perform better or help grow the company if there is no sign the effort will ever be rewarded.

Pros

I'd like to say there were pros, but most of the negative out shadowed the pros that I don't feel I had any positive experience or just anything positive to say. All I feel right now about the company was mostly fear and trauma!!

Cons

Most of what I experienced here were awfully negative!!!! I expected that every job i stressful in its own, but I feel that the stress I experienced here was on another level!! The owner and management were very demeaning, condescending, and treats employees like brainless idiots! They get very personal and they insult us without ever being careful about your feelings! They're verbally abusive and made a lot of employees cry and that includes me!! I was yelled at on my first day just because I didn't know where to get supplies and it was literally my first day on board!!

Pros

Pay wasn't offensive. Coworkers were fine, truly groundbreaking stuff.

Cons

Tickets come in wrong, get routed wrong, and somehow that always lands back on operations to untangle — every single time. You flag it, someone nods, two weeks later, the same exact thing. Management rolls out a new process and then quietly drops it without telling anyone, so half the team is doing it one way and half another. Cross-functional support is basically a myth here; good luck getting anything coordinated. Nothing upstream ever gets fixed; it just gets handed back down.
