      Pros

      - standard business hours, we don't work nights and weekends - good pay and benefits, pretty high opportunity for growth - we get to work on cool projects that provide value to the organization - balanced culture with work and play, we play ping pong during breaks

      Cons

      - very fast-paced environment that favors those can adapt - would like to have a better understanding of the company's long term direction

      Don’t let them use you to make more $

      Pros

      Seriously the only pros I can think of are all the good things they tell you in the hiring process. But you come to find out they are all lies.

      Cons

      Arrogance. Lies. Hire good people on lies only to use you for as long as you’re willing. No communication. Management will change things over night. Like your pay plan. The arrogant owner Mark interviewed me which was pleasant and full of promises. Making me excited to quit my good paying job and join his. Then he never spoke to me again and paid me a fraction of what he said I’d make. All he wants is for you to sign a non compete then you’ll be used til you quit. You can take my experience from hell and use it to save yourself one. I’m not a disgruntled former employee who’s just upset. It has been years and I’m way over it. But after stumbling on here and seeing all these negative reviews I just had to give one. Oh..I can guarantee you that the positive reviews on here are bogus.

      I like my job.

      Pros

      I feel that my work every day has an impact on the growth of the company. I never get bored and I am learning all kinds of new things because of the different types of projects I work on. The people here are all very friendly and easy to work with. 8:30-5 hours are great and you get to go home and not worry about work. The company get-togethers outside of work are fun. The raises here are much better than other jobs I have been at.

      Cons

      Some days it feels there is a million things on your plate and everyone wants their project first. It can also get a bit hectic with so many things to do at once, but that makes it definitely not boring.
