- Relative autonomy to complete necessary work, collaboration where needed - Few meetings, basically no unnecessary meetings - Many smart people - Nice office space, lunch brought in daily, bike room, shower - Fast growth - Flexibility on when to come in / leave the office

Cons

If you like doing the same thing over and over, or having a very well-defined job description, this environment may not be for you. Required to work full time in the office, though the occasional work at home day is ok.

- Great engineering team. Bright and easy to work with. - Management has a great network and are competent with this kind of website. - If you have a good idea and can lobby for it, there's a good chance you can make a difference - Minimum of process and meetings. Meetings are ad hoc as a need arises. No scrum masters, standups, etc. - Great office space, perks - Business prospects continue to look good - Flexible WFH as needed

Cons

- there's a bit of technical debt in the codebase and some idiosyncratic 'organic' methods - sometimes hard to get a sense of where the whole ship is headed. moved to a single new office after being spread over three locations so hopefully communication will improve.
