      Pros

      Company is growing like crazy -- fun to be a part of something that is clicking on all cylinders Great senior leadership team, across sales, engineering, marketing etc. Very strong on culture -- lifestyle friendly, flexible, fun place to work Incredible new office space

      Competitive market, with several big well-funded competitors Our customers (auto dealers) are not exactly known for embracing innovation

      Pros

      - very smart engineers/developers - work how you want (Windows/OSX/Linux/Eclipse/IntelliJ/C-x M-c M-Butterfly) - no meetings/micro-management; lots of autonomy - free lunch, game room, beer on tap

      Cons

      - Already a fair amount of cruft/technical debt in the codebase - Most benefits are really great, but we're still missing 401k matching - Sometimes I enjoy myself too much and forget I'm at work

      good lifestyle company free lunches good hours frequent company outings and happy hours

      Cons

      * low pay with poor benefits. no 401k matching * equity is peanuts! Very little equity is given to new employees. Don't believe the hype. * management is inexperienced and were promoted into their positions from individual contributors at cargurus. Old boy network. * boring product * nobody has any clue what the direction of the company is. Absolutely zero management communication. Employees left in the dark completely. No roadmap
