Dynamic and ever evolving work environment.

One of the things I appreciate most about working at CarMax is the incredible culture. Leadership genuinely prioritizes taking care of their employees, knowing that happy employees lead to happy customers. The work/life balance is great. I'm surrounded by smart, friendly co-workers. It's also telling that so many people have been with the company for years. Since joining CarMax, I can't recall having a truly bad day. I no longer experience the "Sunday blues" and am always happy to both start and end my work day. I hear this from other associates as well, which speaks volumes about the positive environment here.
