Pros

Great core values, Great people with great attitudes, fellow associates become more like family than coworkers, great place to start at or finish with.

Cons

Some of the jobs do not seem as important as others, people are sometimes promoted when not fully ready, management doesn't always engage in the right management techniques

Pros

-Generous time off. -Decent pay (not great, but decent) for what you do. -Company paid travel to interesting places. -My rating is based on the above. But it gets three stars by a slim margin.

Cons

-Long hours. Expected to answer phone on off days and vacation. Even late at night. -Micromanagement by people not qualified to manage. -Competetive atmosphere. In most cases, this would be good, but it promotes backstabbing and pettiness. -Fraternity atmosphere with very little professionalism.
