Pros

There are none. Run far away.

Cons

They preach one thing and and do the EXACT opposite. Putting people first, nah. Stores frequently steal cars from online customers. They pressure to run applications on cars knowing the car will not arrive in time and will need to be reran. They do not care about mental health. If you type notes for more than 4 minutes, they will be all over you saying work avoidance. Managers are hired with NO experience in the store or knowledge of the systems. They get the same training as sales associates. I frequently had to train new managers on how to support their associates. My favorite is when they randomly tell you, "hey everyone. We know you just got a schedule, but everyone in the entire company has to rebid for their schedule and no guarantee that you will get one you favorite. It was a way to have people quit.

Pros

Some very kind coworkers across departments.

Cons

Store manager, pay, policies, benefits, pay for clothing, all "awards" and "gifts" (i.e. nominal Christmas gift card to fast food restaurant) all came out of next pay check, backstabbing encouraged silently by managers, unfair scheduling, company takes nearly half of commission in "split" since policy changes, unrealistic insurance rates and terrible coverage (even worse for women and families), lost a lot of employees after they were injured (some seriously), employees are expected to clear lots and vehicles or ice/snow for minimum wage ABOVE regular hours and duties, extremely rare promotions (though they will put you in-training status for higher positionsthen take as much advantage of you as possible for YEARS until you finally leave) and if you do get promoted, you have to relocate.

Pros

Great culture. Leadership walks the talk of treating associates with respect and making sure there is good work/life balance. Great opportunities to learn and grow. Growing company with new career opportunities emerging all the time.

Cons

The senior leadership at the corporate office is not diverse, and women seem to have a difficult time breaking into the senior ranks. Leadership has long had a reputation of being like a fraternity of like-minded white men, which is slow to change.
