Pros

Decent Benefits. Will take care of you as long we you are performing and working with priority projects. You'll be exposed to different technologies - industry standard, open-source or emerging. Salary is good.

Cons

Long working hours. Deadlines can be tough especially for priority projects. You could be assigned to multiple-projects at the same time and task switching is really challenging. Health benefits can be improved more.

Pros

Working at a public company can add to your resume. There are some very talented people working there, and the benefits are decent.

Cons

Senior Management is clueless about how to grow in the industry they are in. Mid management is only concerned with shedding blame for failed projects. Lots of corporate politics to navigate, and some very talented and capable employees are not utilized properly.
