Pay Scale can sometimes be based on profit sharing. Most plants pay great profit sharing, but there are a couple that have minimal profit sharing for now.

this company is amazing but their safety standards are above anything i have ever seen. its almost to a fault.

Cons

like i said before , safety is one thing, but they have you wrapped head to toe in safety gear it gets so hot in the gear its almost sad.
