Potential for injury working with glass even though company does their best to provide you with adequate safety equipment Little to no room for advancement

Pros

Amazing pay. Great place to work. Lots of days off because of 12 hr days. Also profit sharing is a bonus almost monthly.

Cons

None really computers are kind of dust and it causes them to crash sometimes but an easy fix.
