The people who aren't management.

Cons

Abusive (verbally & mentally), misleading, corrupt management. Back stabbing, inexperienced managers. Misleading about a family orientated company, only out for themselves, have a feudal lord attitude (upper management).

Pros

Available to work three 12 hr shifts Friday through Sunday and have Monday through Thursday off as well as pick up extra hours through out the week if wanted to. Great people to work with. Management is excellent in directing work and compassionate with employees and life issues that may come up. Excellent 401k plan and bonus program, as well as very pro active on safety for the employees.

Cons

If promoted some tenure employees feel you did not earn it. And can be stressful dealing with attitude at times because of your promotions.
