Cardinal cares about their people and provide excellent ways for them to grow. They have a great benefit package, structure to train, resources to assist, and help get you to the next step.

Cons

Cardinal is in a tough industry that can be demanding. Ownership wants and needs sometime conflicts with Cardinal's. If your property is not performing it may take many hours to catch up, even with proper assistance and resources.

After all, we work in people's homes which means we're closer to a person's emotional well-being than ever before.
