It was great working here in the beginning. After a little over a year, I could never go back. Painfully unorganized.

While there's plenty of room here to talk about pivoting during covid, it's still the responsibility of the leaders here to stay organized - even through adversity. I enjoy the people I work with and the company has great leadership.

It's an endless grind in the commercial real estate industry, and there is no exception with this company. Plan on doing things way out of your job description/scope.

I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review! Within any organization, especially one growing as fast as ours, we all have to pitch in and help in areas outside our normal day to day. Definitely a CV #3 kind of thing "Be adventurous, creative, and open minded". I totally understand that its tough to make that switch between "normal job" and "extra stuff", but we appreciate everything you do to dig in every day!
