Pros

Pros: -The ability to create your own growth if you work for it. -Culture is such an overused term but it really thrives here. You'll see it at all levels and you truly feel like you're part of a team. -You'll be surrounded by like minded, hard working, and genuine people. -Access and Ability to Learn: If you apply yourself, you'll learn more about the industry in 6 months at Cardinal then you would anywhere else. -Leadership: Ownership truly lives what they preach. There's a reason that this company has maintained such a strong standard while growing at the speed and size that it has. Leadership is doing it right (with a HUGE focus on employees and a "best idea wins" mindset) and the growth is well deserved.

Cons

-Human Resources and Benefits. Compensation/benefits are way above industry norms, but the lack of responsiveness from HR team members can be very frustrating.

Really appreciate the feedback and thanks for the time you took to leave it. The roles and demands of the HR team are something that we too have identified as a potential pain point for the members of the team. I'm happy to say that your voice has been heard, and we will be examining how best to free up the HR team to be more responsive to you, the team member. We're all in this together, and want to leverage resources and talent to be there for everyone when needed.

Really appreciate your review and can absolutely empathize with the challenges of living on-site. The hardest part of this industry is that we literally live in our product. It's not something that we sell to a customer then wave goodbye, it's a 24/7 commitment to the safety, well-being, and general happiness of others. That type of commitment can definitely be taxing, especially when you live on-site. I'd love to get you on the phone for an offline talk about suggestions you have and what we can be doing to better hear them. Shoot me an email at Nick.Morrison@Cardinalgroup.com so we can set up some time to have some open and honest communication.
