Pros
Good Pay and locations all around the country. Upper management is willing to listen to input. Truly values their employees. An amazing internal development team that focuses on your future career goals and growing you as an employee. Lots of opportunities for learning and they have a great training department. If you are ambitious you can really go far in the company. The CEO and COO are very invested in the people, and not just the income. Amazing culture...almost a cult but in a good way. Drink the cool-aid, it's worth it.
Cons
HQ is in Denver and it is preferred that you live in Denver if you want to be at he HQ level. Sometimes the time difference is difficult for some team members to grasp and you get contacted after hours.
